Hot dip- galvanizing is the process of coating iron or steel with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc (98% pure zinc) at a bath temperature of 450 C. The formed coating layers are harder than the base steel itself, resulting in highly durable, reliable and protective against abrasion and corrosions.
